Our appraisals are used by Lending Institutions (banks and credit unions), Borrowers, Developers, Investors, Owners and Tenants, Government agencies at all levels, as well as Law and Accounting firms throughout the Pacific Northwest.

The purpose of our appraisal assignments ranges from obtaining suitable financing to partnership buy-outs and from quantifying investment decisions to asset valuation.
