Peter Whiteley
Peter has a B.Com in Business Administration and holds the MAI and AACI professional designations. He has some experience in land development, property management, tax law, accounting and teaching, but for the last 20 years he has managed or conducted real estate valuation and consulting assignments in Canada, the mainland United States, Mexico, Puerto Rico and South Korea. Peter is particularly interested in computer applications concerning retail and other income producing properties.

Kate Mancer, MA
Kate is considered one of the leading market analysts in British Columbia in the seniors' housing and health care industries. Her expertise includes all kinds of seniors' developments ranging from housing for independent seniors to licensed care facilities. Kate is an economist by training, with over 25 years experience in the housing industry. As a result of her stature in the industry she is a frequent presenter at industry events. Kate is a member of the Association of Professional Economists of BC, the Mortgage Investment Association of BC, the Canadian Association on Gerontology, the American Gerontological Association and the BC Retirement Communities Association.
