Peter Whiteley, B.COM (Business Administration)

Peter holds the MAI and AACI professional appraisal designations and he also has some experience in land development, property management, tax law, accounting and teaching. For more than 15 years he has conducted or managed real estate appraisal and consulting assignments in the United States and Canada, as well as in Mexico and South Korea.

His focus is on computer applications concerning income producing and development properties, but his special interest and specialization is Shopping Center and other Retail Appraisals.
